Billing FAQ

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.

What happens when I hit 5 evaluations on the free plan?

You can still review and download existing evaluations — you just can't run new ones until the next month or you upgrade.

Does TeachTimeLab store student documents?

No. Documents are processed in memory and never written to disk or stored. Your students' work stays private.

Can I use TeachTimeLab for subjects other than Chemistry?

Pro and School plans support any subject. You define the rubric, marking rules, and checklist items in your settings.

Is there a discount for multiple teachers at one school?

Yes — contact us for School plan pricing. We offer volume discounts and can invoice the school directly.

How long does the launch price last?

The $25/month rate is a launch offer. Once we reach our early-subscriber target, the price returns to $34.99/month. If you subscribe before then, your rate is locked in permanently — even after the promotion ends.
